I totally agree with you. However, there are still a few people too scared (maybe comforable where we are) and very risk averse. They’ll rather get paid and hope for promotions than risk it all. Reading (or hearing about) other people’s success stories has a way of breaking the barriers and bringing the necessary challenge….
