Kenneth Kema Idefoh is a personal development coach and consultant. He is the founder of Dekem Consults; a consulting firm that will help build ideas and help sustain small businesses. He hails fromOshimili North local government area of Delta state.\n\nBefore the establishment of Dekem Consults, Mr. Kenneth have served as farm manager at Frankem Ventures, Jos (Poultry department), a consultant at Savanna Seeds and Livestock Ltd., Jos\n(Poultry department) with experience of over 10 years in the poultry industries. He was once a sales representative and marketer at Multichoice, Jos and Perfect Proof Aluminum Company, Minna respectively, both as a volunteer.\n\nHe has always be a trainer of youths in Leadership, Personal Development and Business for undergraduates, graduating students and NYSC corp members.\n\nKenneth believes life is beautiful and worth living, because Òwe are not given a good life or a bad life, we were given a life and it is up to us to make it Good or BadÓ\n\nHe is the formal Chairman of Leave-A-Legacy-Project, student representative at the Federal University of Technology Minna.
