Oluwafemi Olanike Shusi is a Brand and marketing executive at Technocrat Technologies Limited. I analyze brand positioning and consumer insight, delivering innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Also I derive innovative growth strategies, aligning with the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics.
Prior to joining Technocrat Technologies Limited Oluwafemi developed her Brands and marketing management skills and experience from NIIT Lagos and Human resources skills from Micheal Laize Nigeria Limited, where she quickly established herself as the go-to expert on Brands innovation and revamping. She helped build the NIIT@SKOOL brand and single handedly established the HR department of a company of over five hundred staffs.
A graduate from Lagos State University holds a master degree in English, majored in language and linguistics. She is a strong believer of respecting values and not comparing one’s self to others and doesn’t believe in competing instead improving.
