It was a day of insight, exposure, insight and yes food. Eizu began with sharing insights for building a successful enterprise in the 21st century. He also went further to teach steps on building structures for growth and expansion. “CEOs should not find themselves engrossed in daily operational activities of the company but rather should have a bird-eye view of the company and lay down strategies for growth. CEOs are the lead strategist and key networkers of their company”.
In attendance was also the former CEO of Yes Mobile which just sold to Yudala for 300 million naira. Mr. Folunsho shared his story on how he built a successful retail company in 3 years.
